Practice Information

Our Fall Season will start Saturday, September 14th, 2024

 

Practices (9/14-11/26/24)

Tuesdays from 3:15 - 5:15

Saturday from 10:30 - 12:30

(No practice on 11/5)​

Games:

There will be some games on Saturday or Sunday. 

​

Ride:

Ride could be arranged on Tue. at AB High School Senior Parking lot - near the entrance to swimming pool on side of the building. ​​​

Things to bring to Practice/Game

​

-Sunscreen and/or Bugspray

- Water 

- Cleats

- Dark T-shirt and White T-shirt or       Reversible Pinnie

- Disc (if you have one)

- Snack

- Appropriate Clothing (fall gets cold!)

- A serious desire to play and improve
