This Fall season, we will be having practices twice a week, Our fall season consists mostly of training. So we will be working on our individual skill goals, as well as goals as a team. We will most likely have some friendly scrimmages with other teams, and do lots of fun drills and frisbee games. Fall Season is perfect for beginners because it is a small time commitment and a welcoming and low-stakes environment. Whether you've never picked up a disc or you've been playing for as long as you can remember, fall season is a great place for everyone to learn and improve.
